M&S Windows – “What do you like about the frames?”
SA Windows – “The grey gaskets! Also, the frames are solid and the reinforcing, for a start, actually exists and also really works. The hinges are nice and the styles of all of the hardware are great too”
M&S Windows – “What do you like about the company?”
SA Windows – “A good rep! I know I can always call Simon either on the landline or directly on his mobile is, for example, something looks out of place on an order. I prefer dealing with one person who knows my account.”
M&S Windows – “Are you promoting a particular product or service at the moment?”
SA Windows – “Nothing in particular, but I have had a surge of coloured window and door requests. It’s great to be able to pass on the ONE WEEK LEAD-TIME that M&S give for coloured profiles. My customer’s always think they’ve mis-heard when I quote 7-10 days for coloured windows and doors.”
M&S Windows – “What do you do when you’re not fitting windows?”
SA Windows – “Does the pub count? I also travel in my motorhome a lot. She’s a 6 birth-er! I try to see as much of the country as I can and find time to relax between working. I also enjoy cycling / mountain biking when I’m not too knackered from working so much”
