Track Your Windows With Our New Vehicle Tracking System
Over the next few days, we’ll be going live with our new Vehicle Tracking System..
As part of our 2014 customer service scheme, we’re implementing a vehicle tracking system. The system will allow us to alert our customers, via SMS or email, when the delivery vehicle leaves our depot, and for a more accurate delivery time the alerts will contain a link that will enable us to give you an exact delivery time based on the drivers current whereabouts.
Today we are trialling the system with a few mock alerts but will be rolling out the system fully throughout the course of this week.
Keep an eye on your inbox over the next few days for a message with the subject “Your delivery is on it’s way..” and if you have any feedback on how we could improve the system, please don’t hesitate to let us know and we’ll be happy to implement any changes you specify.
